WHAT TO EXPECT

_

This section matters. Read it before you book.

COACHING IS

  • A structured, goal-oriented relationship focused on where you are and where you want to go

  • Built around the seven domains of the Greatest Commandment Model™, with Love the Lord as the organizing center

  • Forward-looking. We work from your current reality toward your next faithful step.

  • Your work, supported. Jen asks the questions. You do the growing.

COACHING IS NOT

  • Therapy or counseling. If you need clinical support, Jen will tell you that directly.

  • Pastoral direction. Faith is woven into everything here, but this is not a devotional relationship.

  • Accountability without action. Sessions are only as valuable as what you do between them.

  • A quick fix. Meaningful growth takes time, which is why packages exist.

If you are unsure whether coaching is right for you, the free consultation is exactly the place to find out.

THE ORDERED PRACTICES

_

Coaching does not exist in isolation. It sits on top of something.

The Ordered Practices are a growing library of structured, four-week formation guides built around the seven dimensions of the Greatest Commandment Model™. Each one targets a specific domain and delivers four weeks of content designed to produce real movement, not just reflection.

The path is simple: take the Greatest Commandment Assessment, see where your scores land, and begin the Ordered Practice that corresponds to your lowest dimension. Coaching with Jen is the option for people who want a guide through that process rather than going it alone.

Start with a free consultation.

Fifteen minutes. No obligation. We figure out whether this is a good fit, what you are working toward, and what format makes sense for your life right now.

Choose your session format.

Some people need focused, targeted work in a shorter window. Others want space to go deeper. Both are available. Sessions are via Google Meet.

Come prepared.

When you book, you will receive a brief intake form. It takes five minutes and helps Jen show up ready to work. If the Greatest Commandment Assessment is live, Jen asks that you take it before your first paid session. It gives both of you a shared framework and a clear starting point.

WHAT CLIENTS SAY

_

I think of coaching as a structured space to move your life forward with intention. It combines elements of a counselor, a strategic advisor, and an accountability partner.

I came into coaching with a specific goal. Through the process, I gained clarity around my values, and my goals evolved to align with them. That shift in perspective was a turning point. I became much more strategic in how I make decisions and use my time.

At one point I felt stuck, worried that choosing a direction would close off future options. Jen asked a single question: "What format provides the most flexibility?" That reframed everything. It gave me a clear direction and allowed me to move forward without feeling boxed in. I now ask that question consistently as I build.

"Everyone you admire is a person just like you. The difference is often in how they invest in themselves. When you invest in your well-being, your growth, your clarity, and your discipline — you create the conditions to achieve your goals. It is not out of reach. It is a process."

During one of the most challenging seasons of my life—balancing the completion of my doctorate while navigating a personal family crisis—Jen was a true blessing. Her ability to guide me through thoughtful reflection, realignment of priorities, and sustainable behavioral practices helped me become more grounded, resilient, focused, and emotionally balanced. Her support, exercises, and resources were not only practical, but deeply impactful on a personal level.

I especially appreciated the safe and supportive environment she created—one where I felt comfortable expressing my faith and values naturally, without pressure or pretense. While faith was never forced or made the focus of our conversations, the shared understanding and quiet alignment in values created a level of trust, comfort, and encouragement that deeply impacted me and is something I still carry with me today.

Jennifer is incredibly passionate and driven in her work as a coach. Her enthusiasm and knowledge continually inspired me to stay committed and keep working toward my goals.

Through goal setting, regular check-ins, and honest conversations, we celebrated each achievement and worked through challenges together — always finding ways to adjust and keep moving forward. Coaching is like having a guide to help you make sense of "all the things." They don't do the work for you, but they equip you with the tools and walk alongside you every step of the way. It's truly a partnership that cultivates growth.
