“Do This and You Will Live”

A Christ centered framework for embodied Christian flourishing.

We help Christians move from discontentment and fragmentation to lived, embodied flourishing with God.

Grounded in Scripture and supported by science.

Most Christians know how to belive, but not how to live well.

Many faithful Christians are:

  • Spiritually sincere but chronically exhausted

  • Faithful in belief yet disconnected from their bodies, emotions, or purpose

  • Trying to follow Christ while silently burning out

We’ve been told suffering is holy, but depletion is not the gospel.

Jesus didn’t say, “Endure this and barely survive.”
He said, “Do this and you will live.”

Luke 10:28 is not a slogan. It’s a design for life.

When Jesus summarized the law:

heart, soul, mind, strength, neighbor, self

He wasn’t offering abstraction.
He was revealing a whole-person pattern for life with God.

What Scripture reveals, science affirms:

Human beings flourish when their inner life, embodied life, relational life, and vocational life are aligned under God.

Faith is the Source. Flourishing is the Fruit.

The Greatest Commandment Model

Unlike secular wellness models that treat every domain as equal, the Luke 10:28 Model is intentionally ordered:

Faith is the source. Everything else flows from it.

Love the Lord

Life rooted in God as the source of meaning and direction

heart

An integrated inner life of values, motives, and purpose

SOul

A formed emotional life that is honest, resilient, and alive to joy

mind

A renewed way of thinking shaped by truth and discernment

Strength

Embodied stewardship of energy, capacity, and endurance

Love others

Christlike relationships that build trust, community, and belonging

Love Yourself

God-honoring self-stewardship rooted in dignity, care, and growth

This ordering matters.
Flourishing is not achieved by optimizing parts of life in isolation.
It emerges when the whole person is aligned under God.
